Seydi Söyleyen is a lawyer specializing in national and international business law as well as commercial and corporate law.
Seydi has first-class expertise in the areas of investment transactions, corporate law and national and cross-border trade. As part of his activities at OIKON, Seydi is involved in the legal support of clients in this area. This includes advice on national and international company formations, company investments, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, conversions, mergers and spin-offs of parts of companies as well as financing by private investors and in the capital market.
In addition, Seydi has particular expertise in Turkish law. During his studies, Seydi completed six semesters of extensive and practical training in Turkish law. Seydi therefore has in-depth knowledge of Turkish commercial and corporate law in particular.
The experience gained in these areas benefits OIKON clients who expect legally flawless, but also pragmatic, economically and culturally viable solutions.
Seydi is currently completing his doctorate in the field of international law at the University of Augsburg. After completing his doctorate, Seydi will have obtained the degree of Doctor of Law (Doctor iuris – Dr. iur.).
Seydi studied law at the University of Augsburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart. Seydi has been admitted to the Munich Bar Association as a lawyer since 2022.
Seydi is a member of AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats – International Association of Young Lawyers).
